When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. We also store the site requests, project details, and notes you enter while using the app.

3. How We Use It

Your information is used solely to operate the Mila service — to identify your account, link you to your company, and display your activity within the app. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

4. Who Can See Your Data

Your data is visible only to other members of your company account within Mila. Company administrators can see all requests and user activity within their company. We do not share your data with other companies or third parties.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (sign-in), Apple Sign In (sign-in), Supabase (database and authentication), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing their services.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your account and data deleted, contact us and we will action the request within 30 days.
