1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Mila ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mila is a site request management platform for building companies. It allows authorised users to submit and manage on-site material and labour requests.

3. Access and Accounts

Access to Mila is by invitation only. You must be added to a company account by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mila only for its intended purpose โ€” managing site requests within your company. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other companies or users.

5. Data

Data you enter into Mila (requests, projects, supplier information) remains your property. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Mila available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Mila for any account that violates these terms or for non-payment of subscription fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mila and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
